Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If
we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not
responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address that was provided to us by the customer. Make sure
your address is correct when placing your order. If your order is sent back to us, you are responsible for
the shipping cost to resend the items.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on any of the products. In the unlikely event that a
product arrived damage, please contact us immediately and provide photos along with your order
number within 24 hours of receiving the items.
